Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how ND SOFT LLC, which operates ProblemToMVP ("we", "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website and service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy. We collect the minimum we need to operate the Service, we do not sell your personal information, and you own the content you generate.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account data: your email address and display name from your sign-in provider, and a password if you register with email.
- Content you create: the inputs you submit to the generator, and the ideas, reports, validations, plans, notes, and feedback you generate and save.
- Usage data: actions you take, generations run, credits used, and related analytics.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive limited billing metadata (such as plan, status, and the last four digits of a card) but never your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies or similar storage used to keep you signed in and to limit free usage.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- create and secure your account and process payments;
- generate the results you request;
- provide support and respond to your messages;
- monitor usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Service;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Legal bases (EEA and UK users)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required.
How AI prompts are processed
The text you submit is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate results. We do not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models, and Anthropic processes the data under its own terms as our service provider. Your saved content is stored in your account and is visible only to you and to authorized personnel for support and abuse prevention.
Service providers we share data with
We share data only with vendors who help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting infrastructure);
- Stripe (payment processing);
- Anthropic (AI generation);
- Vercel (application hosting);
- analytics providers, in aggregate form.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Our providers may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete individual projects at any time, and you can delete your entire account from Settings. When you delete your account, we remove your stored content and profile, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax, or billing purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. California residents may request disclosure of data practices and may opt out of any "sale" of personal information (we do not sell it). To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. You can also delete your account directly from Settings.
Cookies
We use essential and functional cookies and local storage to sign you in and run the Service, and privacy-respecting analytics. See our Cookie Notice for details.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, scoped database rules so users can only access their own data, and limited internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
