7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with ProblemToMVP, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. We will gladly review your request and provide a full refund for eligible purchases. This policy is intended for new customers evaluating the service. Accounts with excessive usage or abuse may not qualify. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Every visitor can generate up to 3 reports for free and explore the full workflow before paying. We recommend using the free tier to decide whether the product is right for you.
Cancellations
The Builder plan is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings, billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Billing errors and technical issues
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
How to request a refund
Email support@problemtomvp.com from the address on your account and tell us briefly what happened. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
